December 2, 2017 – The Faith In Our Future Trustees approved a grant of $90,000 from the Leaders of the Future Fund to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee to fund the expansion of three training programs for priests. Catholic Leadership 360 (a program to help pastoral leaders strengthen leadership skills), the Pastor Toolbox (helping new pastors learn best practice leadership skills), and Tending the Talents (a leadership training program for clergy plus parish leaders who work with clergy) will be extended to priests and parish leaders throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The programs are innovative and relatively new, providing ongoing formation of priests, deacons, and lay staff in parishes by teaching modern management and administrative practices.

The Faith In Our Future Trust is a 501(c)(3) charitable trust, funded by gifts from parishioners throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. All grants from the Trust are restricted to providing support for Catholic Education and Faith Formation.
