January 30, 2020 – The Faith In Our Future Trustees continued a history of support for the mission of forming holy priests by awarding a pair of grants to Saint Francis de Sales Seminary. The Trustees approved a grant of $100,000 from the Leaders of the Future Endowment Fund to the Seminary to help underwrite the Seminary Dinner on September 25, 2020. The Dinner will be a special event as the Seminary celebrates its 175^th Anniversary. This underwriting grant will enable the Seminary to increase the net proceeds generated by the Dinner event.

The Trustees also approved a challenge grant to the Seminary for up to $62,000. The Seminary provides several programs which supplement the core program of Priestly Formation. The supplemental programs include a summer Spanish Immersion program, one-time pilgrimages to Rome and the Holy Land, and Clinical Pastoral Education. The challenge grant will match, on a dollar for dollar basis, funds raised by the Seminary for the specific purpose of funding these important supplemental programs.

The Faith In Our Future Trust, a 501(c)(3) Charitable Trust created in 2007, is thankful for gifts from parishioners throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The Trust has distributed over $58 million to date, with all grants restricted to providing support for Catholic Education and Faith Formation.
