May 4, 2018 – The Faith In Our Future Trustees approved a grant of $88,300 from the Leaders of the Future Endowment Fund to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The grant will provide funding for scholarships to support a Synod priority of forming lay leaders. Lay Ecclesial Leaders, working in parishes with a commitment to serving the Church, will receive scholarship support to study for a Master’s Degree or a Certificate in Lay Ministry. Course work will be done at Cardinal Stritch University or Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology. A component of the selection of scholarship recipients will be a ministry to underserved populations.

The Faith In Our Future Trust is a 501(c)(3) charitable trust, funded by gifts from parishioners throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. All grants from the Trust are restricted to providing support for Catholic Education and Faith Formation.
